The service consists of the use of the Bitcoin mining system in the user's browser with a monthly or annual subscription service for the possibility of mining and obtaining the Bitcoin block reward, applying a 15% commission on the rewards obtained for each block successfully mined and accepted by the Bitcoin network by the platform.

3. SERVICE USE CONDITIONS

3.1 Service Operation

• The user participates in the Bitcoin mining process through the services contracted on our platform.
• Rewards are established by the Bitcoin network system for each block mined.
• In case of obtaining the mining reward, a 15% commission will be applied for the platform.
• Payments are made once the block has been confirmed by the Bitcoin network and the reward has been obtained in the Bitcoin wallet address of the platform administrator.

3.2 Commissions and Payments

• Applied Commission: 15% on gross rewards
• Approximate Payment: Approx 3.15 BTC will vary with each mining reward according to Bitcoin network rules.

• Service Interruptions: May occur due to maintenance or technical reasons
• Search Algorithm: The nonce and extranonce search algorithm is automatic or manual.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Economic losses derived from Bitcoin volatility
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical reasons
• Changes in mining profitability due to external factors
• Errors in wallet addresses provided by the user
• Loss of rewards due to technical errors on the platform
• Loss of rewards due to Bitcoin transfer or transfer errors.

7. MODIFICATIONS

minedbtc.com reserves the right to modify these conditions, notifying users at least 30 days in advance through the website or email.
