1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering on MinedBTC.com and using our Bitcoin mining services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, as well as by our Privacy Policy and Legal Notice.

2. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT

2.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be over 18 years old to use our services
• You must provide truthful, accurate, and updated information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must immediately report any unauthorized use of your account

2.2 User Responsibilities

• Keep your profile information updated
• Provide a valid Bitcoin wallet address
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Do not share your credentials with third parties

3. MINING SERVICES

3.1 Service Description

MinedBTC.com offers Bitcoin mining services through direct RPC connection with browsers and Bitcoin node. Users can participate in:

• Automated Solo Mining: Individual mining with the possibility of earning the full reward. Mining with automatic nonce and extranonce search algorithm.
• Manual Solo Mining: Individual mining with the possibility of earning the full reward. Full control over the mining process.

3.2 Commissions and Fees

• Monthly Subscription: €26/month + VAT (€312/year + VAT)
• Annual Subscription: €18/month + VAT (€216/year + VAT)
• Mining commission: 15% on gross rewards.

4. PAYMENTS AND BILLING

4.1 Subscriptions

• Subscription payments are processed automatically according to the chosen plan through stripe.com
• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled prior through stripe.com
• No refunds are made for services already rendered
• Prices may be modified with 30 days notice in the stripe.com subscription.

4.2 Mining Rewards

• Rewards are calculated automatically after block confirmation
• Payments of the reward - the 15% system commission are made to the wallet address provided by the user
• Payments may be delayed for a reasonable time after verifying the user's identity and wallet address

5. RISKS AND LIMITATIONS

• Bitcoin Volatility: Value can fluctuate drastically
• Mining Difficulty: May increase reducing profitability
• No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific rewards, it all depends on the network system, difficulty, competition, etc.
• Technical Interruptions: The service may experience interruptions, maintenance, or updates.
• Regulatory Changes: Laws may affect the service and adapt to changes in regulations

6. PROHIBITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

It is prohibited to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Attempt to hack or compromise system security
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
• Interfere with the normal operation of the service
• Use unauthorized bots or automated scripts
• Share or resell access to your account

7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

7.1 Service Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these terms and conditions
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service fraudulently
• For technical or maintenance reasons

7.2 Termination by User

• You can cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation will be effective at the time of unsubscription on stripe.com
• No refunds are made once the subscription is canceled.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

minedbtc.com will not be responsible for:

• Financial losses derived from Bitcoin mining
• Service interruptions due to technical reasons
• Changes in mining profitability
• Loss of data or information
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Failure in wallet addresses provided by the user.
• Failure in Bitcoin transfers.

9. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will be notified 30 days in advance and will automatically take effect if you continue to use the service.

10. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Granada, Spain.
